ABSTRACT We consider repeating as one of the expressive receptions, that promotes the creation of expressive syntax. Achievement of expression in language of policy is considered by us as the goal of communicative utterances which introduces harmony within the statements. Repeating increases pragmatic political impact of the text and serves as a means of expression persuasive information that deepens the meaning and content of the statements.
