ОСОБЕННОСТИ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПЕРИОДИЧЕСКОЙ ПЕЧАТИ СЕВЕРНОГО КАВКАЗА В ПЕРИОД ГРАЖДАНСКОЙ ВОЙНЫ

The article analyzes the newspaper journalism, reflecting the major changes taking place in society in the North Caucasus since the period of the First World War. Based on a regional periodicals conclusions regarding the process of transformation of agriculture and industry in the region are made. On the basis of newspaper articles with criminal chronicle, it is noted that the growth of various types of deviant behavior in society was caused by the decline in living standards, lack of basic necessities, the deteriorating of financial situation of the population and distribution of various kinds of negative phenomena in society.
