ПРОБЛЕМЫ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ КАПИТАЛЬНЫХ ИНВЕСТИЦИЙ В СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВЕ

The aim of the article is to define the modern problems of legal regulation of investment processes in construction. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study are legal and regulatory framework, the works of domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of investment and the features of its development in the construction sector. The work is based on a scientific methodology, which provides unity of the historical and logical; application of methods of abstraction, analysis and synthesis. The study was conducted based on the study of international and domestic experience of the emergence, development and operation of investment processes in the construction, its components and development directions. The result of the study is to identify the main problems in legal regulation at the present stage of development of investment and construction processes in the Russian economy. The findings boil down to the fact that more attention should be paid to the investment process of the construction sector. To minimize and combat emerging trend in the legal regulation of investment activity building should develop recommendations on investment activity in the construction sector in the Russian Federation, which at the present stage of the economy prevents the system of legal regulation of the sphere.
