ИНСТИТУТЫ ПРИМИРЕНИЯ КОНФЛИКТУЮЩИХ СТОРОН В РОССИЙСКОМ ПРАВЕ

The article deals with the basic institutions of the reconciliation of the conflicting parties in the Russian law ? mediation institute and tripartism. Extrajudicial dispute resolution practice is becoming increasingly popular in Russian society; these institutions, in turn, are designed to facilitate the transformation period of the Russian legal system, in particular, labor law and arbitration law. Consent and compromise in any way appear to be more favorable in comparison with the adversarial both sides of the conflict and the legal system as a whole.
