Growth dynamics of crimes committed by juveniles, is relatively stable, but it accounted for a substantial increase in 2014. It was then that the law enforcement bodies of Kaluga region registered a record number of crimes committed by juveniles in the area over the past 5 years. In this regard, the authors on the basis of criminological theory study of the personality of the juvenile delinquent formed a number of proposals to minimize the determinants of juvenile delinquency within the region, which undoubtedly will be of practical help to subjects of prevention in the country.
