Abstract
In this study a comparative analysis of the solutions for the distance to the target calculation tasks (as one of the triangulation’s problem) has been carried out. Solutions have been considered in the space of real numbers, complex numbers and quaternions. The high efficiency of quaternion solutions method is shown.
