Abstract
The aim of the study was analyzed testing K.L. Wilson′s methodology "Cycle management skills" in the heads of a group of doctors in the course of their training at the certification cycle in the direction of "Public health and health care". The results of the pilot study confirmed the previously noted observations about the psychological complexity of the clinician to adapt to new professional and official duties. Discovered "painful" in terms of managerial skills thirds of respondents necessitates focusing on the psychological component in the process of certification for managers of health care organizations. In several instances demonstrated the concept of heuristic Wilson and feasibility of its application in career counseling and development for managers informed of individual self-management competence routes.
