Abstract

The aim of article is the clarification of factors that influenced on the social fillings of Russians citizens of Shymkent in South Kazakhstan/ These factors were analysed through the expressions by Russians several spheres of social and political situation around them. Among main factors are revealed the change of language situation, specificity of recruiting strategy and activity of state authorities on local level.
