Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of exercises used to train the operative memory of students of “Translation studies” departments. The purpose of the experiment was to work out some methodical recommendations to be used at the lessons of consecutive translation. The results of the article may be used by the teachers of “Translation studies” departments in the courses of oral translation.
