THE STEADINESS OF THE REGIONAL SYSTEM OF PHARMACEUTICAL SUPPLY OF THE POPULATION IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

The article describes the current threats the sustainability of the regional system of pharmaceutical providing of the population in emergency situations of natural, technological and socio-political origin of the example of Lviv region. It has been established that the regional system providing a pharmaceutical Lviv region is not able to function sustainably in emergency situations. The main threats to the sustainability of the regional system of pharmaceutical supply of the population in emergency situations include: lack of centralized management, the lack of sufficient reserves and total dependence on imported pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients for the domestic production of medicines.
