INDEPENDENT WORK AS A TOOL TO ACHIEVE INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL DIRECTION OF VYATKA STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

This article is devoted to the educational process organization with the help of design technology of individual educational direction. The author reveals the construction peculiarities of individual educational direction. Special attention is drawn to the formation of self-educational competence necessary to achieve the goals of this technology. On the basis of this study, the author concludes that the educational process organization, based on the development of students personal position, will promote the development of value-semantic educational significance.
