MAJOR RISK FACTORS OF DECOMPENSATED LIVER CIRRHOSIS ON THE NORTH

Abstract
The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has high levels of liver diseases incidence that may lead to an increase of people who require liver transplantation. The aim of the research was to study the risk factors of liver cirrhosis. The article contains a retrospective analysis of 14 patients discharge summaries after liver transplantation at the age of 27?55 years that were hospitalized in the republican hospital № 1 (National Medical Center of the Republic of Sakha). The main etiological risk factors were viral liver involvement: 6 patients with hepatitis B with genotype D, 4 patients with hepatitis C-1, as well as liver disease of unknown etiology, primary biliary cirrhosis, 1 patient with secondary biliary cirrhosis, 1 patient with primary sclerosing cholangitis and 1 patient with cryptogenic cirrhosis. It is necessary to hold an early identification of liver disease and prevention of these of conditions and prevention of these of conditions. In case of the ineffectiveness of conservative treatment to hold a liver transplantation increases the lifetime of the patient
