The constructions are converted into raw material factory, and not only into the environmental complex in equipment of sewage pumping station with units, providing quality of treated water of the level of use for technical purposes, and sewage sludge into organic-fertilizer to increase soil fertility of farmlands . To implement the approach to the sewage pumping station as the plant of raw materials for industry and agriculture it is necessary to approve at the legislative level the requirements for the preparation and development of design solutions, taking into account a zero waste balance into environment of the sewage pumping station and use of the latest achievements of science and technology.
