РECULIARITIES OF THE COURSE OF CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS IN THE REMISSION STAGE AND POSSIBILITIES OF THEIR CORRECTION BY MEANS OF MUD THERAPY

The goal of this research is to study the efficiency of therapeutic action of balneological factors of the health resort ‘Lake Karachi’ in patients with chronic endometritis. Subjects and methods. 73 women with compromised gynaecological history and prolonged unsuccessful treatment of chronic endometritis took part in the research. The first group underwent sanatorium-resort treatment in the health resort ‘Lake Karachi’ with brine and mud. The second group was treated in the health resort ‘Lake Karachi’ with brine. The third group was treated by traditional methods. Results. Thus, the results of the conducted research show improvement of the clinical condition of patients, normalization of the data of bimanual and ultrasound examination of genitals, improvement of blood supply of the small pelvis, antiinflammatory and analgesic effects, reduction of the frequency of relapse, prolongation of the remission period up to 10?12 months, improvement of the forecast of restoration of fertility
