Abstract
Lecture gives modern views of the vestibular dysfunction problem in patients with diabetes mellitus. Actuality of the problem caused by the increasing number of disease and high patients disability. Vestibular disorders are one of the earliest complications arising in patients with diabetes mellitus and can serve as markers of diabetic complications process. These is various schemes of treatment and rehabilitation of vestibular dysfunction in patients with diabetes.
