Abstract
The article deals with the study of prevalence rate of subclinical hypothyroidism at pregnant women living in adverse conditions of the Extreme North and gestation course peculiarities at subclinical hypothyroidism. The authors sug-gest the optimal tactics of detected abnormalities treatment.
