Abstract
In this article, it’s examined the status of church in modern Russia and the position of religious education in this context. So, it’s tried to bring into light the reasons of the attempts of Russian Orthodox Church on socio-politic level and especially in the area of education. We try to analyze that the church has become a part of ideological doctrine in “new” Russia and the view of church on religious education.
