Abstract

Modeling is gaining ground as a method of scientific knowledge in educational research. The model in pedagogy can be a means of management and organization of practical action, it can be represented by a set of concepts and causal relationships between these concepts. When designing models in pedagogy of additional professional education we are able to solve the problems of building an effective learning process of teachers and heads of educational organizations.
