ЭКОНОМИЗАЦИЯ ТЕХНИЧЕСКИХ ЭЛЕМЕНТОВ ПРИ ОБУЧЕНИИ ПРИКЛАДНОМУ ПЛАВАНИЮ СТУДЕНТОВ ВУЗОВ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ СЛУЖБЫ

The article explores the capabilities of applied swimming training on the basis the use of private motor experience students. The notion of basic skills of applied swimming technique economization is formulated. It was found that training basic skills of economization is most effective improves technical performance in the applied swimming. It was found that the use in the educational process methods of cascade economization technical elements of applied swimming can achieve the best performance of technical readiness of military service men. The results of the pedagogical experiment characterizing differences in performance control exercises by subjects of experimental and control groups are presented.
