ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ЦЕРВИКАЛЬНОГО СКРИНИНГА В РОСТОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

A study of the use of methods of diagnosis of cervical pathology in the Rostov region. The study found that coverage of cytological diagnosis of cervical disease over five years in the Rostov region increased more than 10 times; in 2013 it became to use liquid-based cytology and the proportion of the material was investigated using this method amounted to 73.6% of the delivered material. Application of the liquid cytology in continuing structure of cervical pathology has reduced the share of conclusions "normogramm" from 32.6% to 13.4%. It is pointed the need for additional training smears using the correct instruments. Using the immunohistochemical method of diagnosis is extremely important, as it allows to reduce the number of unjustified surgical procedures on the cervix.
