Abstract

In article the main data on nutritional value of forages for fishes are structured and generalized. Researches of mass characteristics of the by-products and waste which are formed when processing pond fish which proved expediency of their use in technology of a forage production are given. It is shown that special relevance is represented by productional ekstrudirovanny forages which distinctive feature is possibility of control of density of "granules" that allows to receive floating, the sinking and slowly sinking forages. The requirement of feeding of different types of fishes with an assessment of quality of forages is given.
