ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ТИПИЧНЫХ СПОСОБОВ И СЛЕДОВ СОВЕРШЕНИЯ ПРЕСТУПЛЕНИЙ, СВЯЗАННЫХ С НЕЗАКОННЫМ ОБОРОТОМ НАРКОТИКОВ

Article is devoted to consideration of such fundamental elements of the criminalistic characteristic of the crimes connected with illicit trafficking in drugs as ways of preparation, commission and concealment of crimes, and also typical traces of criminal acts which received display in a surrounding situation. It is proved that in the course of illicit trafficking in drugs the criminal leaves traces, characteristic for this type of crimes which at the same time are criminalistic signs of ways of their commission, in particular: the traces which are formed at production and processing of a concrete type of drug, and also traces of transportation, storage and acquisition of drugs.
