Abstract
The use of EM products in feeding Hereford heifers contributes to the increase in average daily weight gain of 6.6-16.7 per cent, of live weight at the age of 16 months. - 5.8-22.9 kg, improvement of the morphological composition of carcasses and increasing the energy density of the pulp, reducing the cost of feed per 1 kg increase in live weight - 0.67-1.60 PFU, increased profitability of meat production.
