КОРРЕКЦИЯ ЛИПИДПЕРОКСИДАЦИИ ЭРИТРОЦИТОВ АЛЬФА-ТОКОФЕРОЛОМ ПРИ ХОЛЕЦИСТЭКТОМИИ

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of alpha-tocopherol in the asset-lipid peroxidation of red blood cells in a cholecystectomy. The study was conducted in 2 groups of patients (women, age of 44,8 ± 4,5 years) who underwent cholecystectomy under anesthesia by ketamine, patients in group 2 was administered in addition alpha-tocopherol, 600 mg for 5- day every day. Suppression of lipid peroxidation was established under the influence of alpha-tocopherol, as evidenced by a decrease in the content of diene conjugates, lipolytic factor and increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the stages of the study
