УРОВЕНЬ РАЗВИТИЯ ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-КОММУНИКАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

This article presents a brief overview of the development of ICT in Uzbekistan. The construction and the establishment of the National Information and Communication System were described. Particular attention is paid to the e-government implementation. It analyzes the main problems of information technologies formation in the country.
