Abstract

The article deals with the continuous professional development of teachers in primary level education in the implementation of innovative pilot projects. The key point of improving the professionalism of the teacher is his ability to carry out psychodiagnostic support of pupils and allocfte within the class heterogeneous groups of pupils for the purposes of differentiated instruction
