РОЛЬ ДУПЛЕКСНОГО СКАНИРОВАНИЯ В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ ПАТОЛОГИИ ПОЗВОНОЧНЫХ АРТЕРИЙ ПРИ ТРАВМЕ И ДЕГЕНЕРАТИВНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯХ

The objective ? to study possibilities of the method of duplex sonography in detection of pathology of the vertebral arteries (VA) at a trauma and degenerate diseases. 198 victims and 272 patients with degenerate diseases are examined. Unlike a trauma at diseases met vertebral influences with development of local hemodynamic shift without system deficiency of a blood flow and reduction the total volumetric flow in VA. Only at a trauma revealed ultrasonic signs of extravascular compression, dissection and thrombosis of VA. The method of duplex sonography allows to quantitatively evaluate the hemodynamics in VA.
