In the scientific article the problems of ensuring the safety of victims in criminal proceedings. Special attention is paid to analysis of article 278 of the code governing the possibility of holding it during the trial interrogation of the victim without disclosing personal data, and at the same time provide for the declassification court stated information, upon reasonable request of the parties
