Abstract
Iraqi Turks living inIraqtoday, with a population of about three million people in the ranks third.Iraq, which has the world's third largest oil reserves in the past, as now the states of Europe and theUnited Stateshas been the scene of a power struggle. Long years of dictatorship are managed, dealing with wars and civil unrest inIraq, the Turkmen in life, has become synonymous with the country's destiny.
