Abstract
Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common malignancy of the female genital tract.1 It occurs primarily in postmenopausal women. Overall, about 2.64% of women develop EC during their lifetime. In those patients, the most common presenting symptom is abnormal uterine bleeding.
