Abstract
Tilt angle method, which has been recently used in investigating the boundaries of structures, reveals useful information on deep and shallow structures. Tilt angle is expressed as the arctan value of the ratio of the vertical derivative of the potential field to its horizontal derivative. The method was applied to Kırşehir-İ31 sheet. As a result, the presence of volcanites buried under terrestrial sediments was demonstrated.
