Philosophical and psychological aspects of gender equality in policy

The highlight of the article is actuality of involvement of a woman into Ukrainian policy and typical features of feminine worldview, leading to the establishment of new statements and development trends in political institutions. The article analyses means of overcoming the crisis in the country realized by active participation of women in key political processes. By means of the historical method, typical features of Ukrainian feminine political movement are studied here, and these features are being extrapolated into the modern situation with the purpose to find unique features of Ukrainian feminine world perception. This, in its turn, clearly illustrates the possibility of transformation ? from domination of political elites above the passive majority to horizontal connections and mutual influence between minorities. The necessity of changing the quantity rate of women in political institutions for quality changeover towards the new policy, is proven.
