Extracurricular education’s Ukrainian national model refutes another educational system mechanisms’ adopting. All integrated innovations should be thoroughly comprehended and analyzed. Extracurricular education’s foreign experience in the most economically developed countries deserves consideration and analysis because it includes the best examples of extracurricular education. Nowadays Extracurricular education’s Ukrainian national model is an extracurricular educational establishment’s network’s symbiosis, being subordinated to Ministry of Education and Science in Ukraine such as children centers, youth palaces and private clubs. The positive feature of this system is its flexibility. The imperfection is limited territorial development. There was marked a shortage of extracurricular educational establishments. Old youth palaces don’t work. School clubs are not numerous, depressive, right up to the liquidation. Extracurricular educational model’s development can be started from improving extracurricular educational network’s resource base. Residual network principle of extracurricular establishments’ placement in urban structure (such as state institutions, extracurricular educational establishments etc.) promotes educational service’s development. According to market requirements urban planning’s hubs are formatted from establishments or private buildings’ groups, aimed to want satisfaction in extracurricular education’s issue. Thus society defines extracurricular educational establishments’ structure and location’s demands. Unfortunately existing normative base is still insufficient for complete extracurricular establishments’ network’s creation. Article’s purpose. To analyze historical, modern domestic and foreign extracurricular educational network’s models. To form conceptual variants of extracurricular educational establishments’ network’s reconstruction and development in Ukraine. Conclusions. In the immediate future, in terms of economical, demographical and urban planning conditions in Ukraine there was outlined tendency of extracurricular educational network’s formation in the form of two possible models according to “the charge concept” and “the development concept”. Extracurricular educational establishments’ network’s model, formed on the base of “the development concept”, demands substantial expenditure for state extracurricular educational branchy network’s renovation and formation with maximal youth’s scope. In its turn “the charge concept” creates less cost-intensive model. Work merely with troubled children is organized on the base of existing state extracurricular educational establishments’ network. Satisfaction of demand for extracurricular education of the rest youth’s part is laid on private establishments. The difficulty consists in private sector’s regulation. It should be noted that according to proposed variants of development, existing extracurricular educational network’s modernization will have effect.
