IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF SORTING OUT OF THE DESTROYED BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTIONS

350 extraordinary situations are annually registered in Ukraine. A communal infrastructure is threadbare; the amount of failures grew almost in five times for the last 10 years as a result. Under the action of failures, technogenic catastrophes or natural calamities of building and constructions collapse, under obstructions there are victims. Today sorting out of obstructions is made with a various technique without meeting the requirements of rescue or restoration works leading to implementation of these works with imperfect flow sheets, and it increases terms and labour intensiveness of their conduct. Creation of scientific bases of planning of machines for the urgent sorting out of obstructions and development of flowsheets of their use is needed. Purpose. Development of decisions on the improvement of technological processes of sorting out of destructions of buildings and constructions. Conclusion. The analysis of works on sorting out of the destroyed buildings and constructions shows, that they are done with imperfect flowsheets, basing on the use of buildings machines without meeting the requirements of these processes, and it leads to the considerable increase of their labour intensiveness and economic accounts. The method of inspection of destructions of buildings and constructions is developed, basing on photographing of consequences of extraordinary event and electronic treatment of the got information. The flowsheets of sorting out of the destroyed buildings and constructions are developed with the use of building machines with a multipurpose equipment providing the increase of efficiency of implementation of works.
