Abstract
Deficiency of the free land plots suitable for construction, and their high cost, especially in the central regions of the large cities, cause the need of construction of high-rise buildings and development of underground space. Features of high-rise construction are shown at a choice of a functional purpose of high-rise buildings, their space-planning and constructive decisions, technologies of construction and methods of the organization of performance of work. Thus, the problem of increase in number of storeys of civil buildings is actual and demands further researches. At the same time today an exhaustive evidence-based method of forecasting of duration and cost of construction of high-rise buildings taking into account space-planning, constructive, organizational and technological decisions is absent. Pur-pose. Research of development of methods of an assessment, justification and choice of rational organizational and technological solutions of construction of high-rise multipurpose complexes. Conclusion. The scientific hypothesis bas-ing on the assumption is made that increase of efficiency of the organization and management of process of high-rise construction can be reached by development of a method of formation, an assessment, justification and a choice of organizational and technological solutions of construction of the high-rise multipurpose complexes directed on reduction of duration of works and decrease of their cost taking into account of many of technological, technical, organizational, temporary, cost and social factors
