Abstract
Description of creative technologies potential is given in the article, and also problems of it’s effective using in forming and realization of innovative development strategy of light industry enterprises of Ukraine. The ground of creative potential is carried out and methodical recommendations are given in relation to it’s increase through optimization of cost factors, optimization by the use of creative technologies of values chain, optimization of the strategic positioning. The model of control system optimization by the charges of the investigated enterprises is presented, within the framework of innovative strategy of enterprise by application of creative technologies, and chart of realization of this model in practice.
