Abstract
The issue of pelvic organs prolapse is still urgent, as despite the increasing number of surgical methods of prolapse and abasement of pelvic organs, the rate of genital prolapse is still high. The article describes the modified plastic reconstruction of front and back vaginal walls, which comprises the creation of two tissue grafts from vaginovesical and rectovaginal bands and reduplication formation.
