Abstract
Nutrition is one of the main aspects determining public health. Therefore, food safety is the necessary condition providing sanitary-epidemiological welfare for the population. One of the main aspects of state policy in the sphere of nutrition is using natural products by population. The aim of the article is naturality determination of butter and meat in the various regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and natural juices using Filin luminoscope.
