Abstract
The annual increase of injury rate, the number of operative measures on skull base and paranasal sinuses leads to the increase of patients with basal liquorrhea. The results of successful treatment of such patients depend on correct and quick diagnostics and detection the causes of liquorrhea. The most serious issue occurs on outpatient stage. The knowledge of the main causative factors of this pathology by doctors of various specialties will allow accelerating differential diagnostics, decreasing the risk of various complications and providing administration as soon as possible.
