Abstract
This work is dedicated to the study of indicators macrophage transformation of blood mononuclears. For the cardinal evolution of cellar transformation, the index of macrophage transformation of blood mononuclears (MTBM) was determined. Leukocytes in the blood of ten patients with purulent wounds and eight patients with diabetes were studied. Adding to the environment 199 autoplasms to the diabetes patients of 2 u/ml of insulin proved that MTBM is statistically higher. The results can be used in development of wound process correction method.
