Abstract
Research Management National Family Planning Program in Jakarta is a follow-up study to analyze relationship of role manager / executive family planning [rogram, availability of trainers and volunteers, as well as readiness of family planning services to the dependent variable is the interaction of the manager / executive of Family Planning program and then to the achievement of the Family Planning in DKI Jakarta. After the research team has analyzed the results of the regression relationships between variables to provide conclusions and recommendations to attempt to formulate a strategic activities in the implementation of the National Family Planning Program in Jakarta. It is concluded that there is influence and simultaneously a significant relationship between the role of manager / executive program planning and preparedness means planning services to the interaction between managers and program implementers and further to the success of family planning programs in Jakarta. Data processing quantitative interpretation of the regression equation with LISREL output that value of R square of 0493 or 49.3 percent.
