Abstract
Corporations encounter several challenges when they adopt global logistic system in their producing and selling model. One of the most common concerns is how to efficiently share information among members in supply chain. The key solution for this problem is to ensure the accuracy of the purchasing, trading and supply data and to be able to integrate them. Nowadays, business competition has became more globally and been reaching its climax. The development of information technology and management techniques is also in a tremendous pace. Under the circumstances, business are provided as many opportunities as they have never seen before, but at the same time, they also face unprecedented challenges.
