Abstract
This article is devoted to the quality management of goods and services on the basis of marketing. It is revealed that the product quality is adequately competitive, and should be considered in the same context, as perceived consumer quality consists of different indicators. Marketing solutions in the fi eld of quality management involve the establishment, provision and maintenance of valuable consumer properties both at individual stages and the overall life cycle of goods and services.
