INCLUSIVE ?(ONE)SELF?

This article observes the inclusive word (One)self as the core means of the functional and semantic category of Self in the Russian language. In the present article the in- clusive word (One)self is analyzed in the discourse context. It is stated that the inclusive word (One)self signifi es the Speaker sharing somebody’s views. There are two ways of the meaning realization of the inclusive word (One)self depending on the Speaker’s perception: a contras- tive and inclusive one. The contrast and inclusiveness are considered to be different by the sign of the Speaker’s agreement with the given opinion. Thus, the contrast is the agreement with a minus sign and the inclusiveness is the one with a plus sign
