Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze parallel implementation of BSC as a strategic management system and quality management system by the principals of ISO 9000 certification. We will analyze advantages and disadvantages of the models. Further more, the research will analyze cumulative advantages of the two systems implementation. The research will present possibilities for BSC implementation in QMS environment, underlining the processes. We will put the accent on improvement of firm's effectiveness by Strategic Management System (BSC) and Quality Management System's implementation.
