INFLUENCE OF COMPLEX TREATMENT AND PREGRAVIDITY TRAINING ON THE COURSE AND CONSEQUENCES OF PREGNANCY IN WOMEN WITH HERPETIC AND CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTIONS

The objective of the research. The effectiveness of treatment and prevention (the course and consequences of pregnancy, the condition of the fetus, placenta and newborns) in 115 women with herpetic infection (HI) and 104 women with cytomegalovirus infection (CMVI), who had not receive pregravidity training before pregnancy (subgroup I and II) and 38 women with HI and 27 women with CMVI (subgroup III), who had received treatment against infection before pregnancy were investigated. Materials and methods. 53 pregnant women of subgroup I with HI and CMVI received conventional therapy in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine No 503 dated 2002. 62 pregnant women of subgroup II with HI and 51 pregnant women with CMVI were treated according to our methods of complex therapy (heviran (analogue of acyclovir) in tablets in combination with specific immunoglobulins for intramuscular administration, recombinant alpha-2b-interferon in the form of rectal suppositories (viferon) and two probiotic drugs - lactobacterin, biosporin). ?Pregnant women of subgroup III received pregravidity training (complex therapy in case of activation of infection in combination with the drug glutoxim with the purpose of immunorehabilitation). Results and conclusions. Complex therapy with immunological drugs (specific immune globulins, recombinant a-2b interferon viferon) decreased risk of obstetrical complications, reproductive losses, perinatal morbidity and mortality. Pregravidity training of women with herpetic and cytomegalovirus infections provided stable remission of infection during pregnancy, prevention of reproductive losses, obstetrical complications, and intrauterine infection.
