There is actuality of creation of institute and legal principles of perfection of public economic policy in the sphere of production of the cultural blessings. Measures, directed on realization of reform of cultural sphere, are offered. In particular in relation to strengthening of potential of the Ukrainian culture, development of strategy of its development, introduction of economic policy on competitive principles, perfection of financing of establishments of culture due to budgetary facilities, and also perfection of model of privately state partnership.
