Abstract
Does cultural diversity inevitably lead to civilizational diversity? Are there many civilizations today, or is there a single one ? western civilization? The era of globalization requires a new and a correspondent morality too, not a national one, but a general human one. To study and implement such a morality, there is a need for appropriate ethics - global environmental ethics. The new ethics, as well as the new morality will be based on humanism, including the environmental and ethnic ones. The actuality of the humanism in its triple aspects is increasing, because the human future and the developing of the human civilization ultimately depend on it.
