PERCUTANEUS ULTRASOUND-GUIDED PUNCTURE-DRAINING INTERVENTIONS IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH PANCREATIC CYSTS

Abstract
The analysis of results percutaneus puncture-draining interventions at treatment of pancreatic cysts is made. As the first stage of treatment the ultrasound-guided percutaneus fine-needle aspiration of cyst content was carried out or a drainage tube installation in a cyst lumen for a long term was manufactured. Percutaneus puncture-draining interventions have appeared effective at 35 (87,5 %) patients. 5 (12,5 %) patients were to be operated due to inefficiency of mini-invasive treatment.
