Abstract
The paper studied the effect of low-intensity laser radiation on the state of microcirculation and the cellular microenvironment in experimental Rosanna skin wounds. The study was conducted using descriptive morphology, histology method and vector-borne transmission electron microscope. It is shown that reparative processes in wound sliced the skin under the influence of laser light pass through all the classic stages, but the duration of each of them is greatly reduced. Under the influence of lowintensity laser radiation in the wound skin is reduced neutrophilic infiltration, which leads to a shortening of the cleansing of wounds from necrotic tissues. He ? Ne laser stimulates the immune system through the cellular elements of the system of mononuclear phagocytes in the skin ? muscle injury. Laser stimulation alters the reaction of microcirculation, enhancing local tissue blood flow in intact and regenerating tissues due to the inclusion in the bloodstream has not previously functioning capillaries and the earlier formation of new ones.
